Description: Home care agencies have long identified and monitored key areas related to the success of the agency, however, the environment has changed significantly and the self-analysis process in many agencies simply has not kept up with the industry. This is especially true as is relates to the therapy disciplines. It is widely accepted that therapy is the operational driver of most agencies and in many ways is directly responsible for the viability of the company. Managing a therapy staff without having clearly-defined objective metrics can be a daunting and frustrating task. Moving forward, it is essential that agencies identify which metrics to focus on, and the appropriate way to communicate and manage them. By implementing the proven processes introduced in this course, agencies can begin to immediately recognize the clinical, financial, and operational benefits that come from the principles taught.  Learn how to take your practice to the next level by utilizing the data at your fingertips, all while enhancing your staff and patient experience.
